Shipping Procedure

Our orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order and are delivered within a range of 2-7 days from the date of shipping. We ship through leading courier services and aggregators.
Customers can track their order status directly from the given “TRACK ORDER” Tab on the website.

They just need to enter their product ID provided to them via Email.

Our delivery lead times may vary from destination to destination.
We only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and are in a safe condition.
All the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the order number, which can be inserted in the “TRACK ORDER” whenever the customer feels to track his/her shipment
We ship on all the weekdays excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Delivery Information

When you order from Gargi Book Store, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

In addition, the transit time depends on where you’re located and where your package comes from. If you want to know more information, please contact customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee of INR 99/- will be deducted and the rest will be refunded in case of Pre-paid orders.
• Your order is not eligible for cancellation and refund if it exceeds the window of 24 hours. This is because we start processing your order within a day of receiving it.
• In special cases, we might consider cancellation and refund after 24 hours. In such cases, please talk to our customer care executive to discuss what can be done about your order.
